  • The needs of business and workers drive workforce solutions;
  • Career centers provide excellent and meaningful customer service to job seekers.

The Macon-Bibb Workforce Development Board oversees the administrative and programmatic policies and guidance affecting Macon-Bibb workforce system. These policies are directional statements that inform or clarify federal and state procedures regarding workforce systems strategies.
