NOTICE: Macon-Bibb Workforce Development Board is requesting proposals for the delivery of One-Stop Operator services

The Middle Georgia Regional Commission, on behalf of the Macon-Bibb Workforce Development Board is requesting proposals for the delivery of One-Stop Operator (Career Center Manager) services through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program during the period of June 30, 2021 – June 30, 2022.  Proposals must be in compliance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/eta/wioa/ in addition to any applicable program changes relating to WIOA (formerly known as WIA) for Program Year 2021 / Fiscal Year 2021-2022.

Approximately $75,000-$100,000 is available to fund a subrecipient contract for a One-Stop Operator.  Proposals for the One-Stop Operator (Career Center Manager) services will be accepted from public, private for-profit, private non-profit agencies, labor groups and governmental entities, which have the ability to receive, disburse, and account for funds in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices; are licensed or otherwise authorized to do business in the State of Georgia; demonstrate the ability to provide the program services as specified in the RFP; are not debarred or suspended for participation in state or county contracts, fidelity bonded; and demonstrate the ability to comply with WIOA requirements.

RFP packages are available for pick-up at the Middle Georgia Regional Commission, 175 Emery Highway, Suite C, Macon, Georgia by appointment Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or you can download a copy of the RFP by clicking here.  Letters of Intent must be submitted prior to February 17, 2021.  The deadline for receipt of proposals submitted is 10:00 AM EST, March 22, 2021. Proposals received after that time and date will be rejected.
