The federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) guides workforce development agencies in achieving and maintaining an integrated, outcome-oriented public workforce system that links diverse talents to business by ensuring:

  • The needs of business and workers drive workforce solutions;
  • Career centers provide excellent and meaningful customer service to job seekers.
